I am looking forward to our Board Retreat on 9/15. Here are some things to review to prepare for the Retreat:

Connecting Virtually Training: For this training, before the meeting please watch 3 videos (Total 15 minutes) at the following link. You are welcome to watch all of them if you have time, but we would like everyone to watch these: Building Trusting Teams, Listen at Scale and Share to Shape. Note that this requires a Linked In Learning membership. If you do not already have one, please sign up for the FREE 30 Day Trial to access all the videos. Committee Chairs: Please ensure you review and make updates for any initiatives owned by your committee. We have discussed this, but please let me know if you have any questions.
All: Please review the latest updates in the days leading up to the Retreat so you are familiar with the contents and you can prepare any questions or comments to be ready for the meeting.
