May 5: Astronaut Helmets
Astronauts must wear special suits while exploring the unique environment of space. Engineer a helmet to protect an astronaut from the elements of space. Make sure to consider how the helmet attaches to an astronaut’s suit, helps them see in bright light from the sun, and keeps them safe from floating debris.
