Registration for the Austin Girls in STEM Conference opens February 1st, and your child is invited to join us for an exciting day of hands-on STEM learning! Girls currently in 4th-8th grades will discover the fun side of STEM careers and attend 3 workshops led by inspiring women in STEM!
Workshop Theme: Eco Explorers Reduce, reuse, recycle! Celebrate Earth Day as you create seed bombs to increase biodiversity and design a device to remove pollution from local waterways. STEM at the Park is the third Saturday of March through May from 2:30pm to 4pm. From hands-on activities to interactive demos, your family will learn that STEM is everywhere while enjoying everything that Klyde Warren Park has to offer!
