Celery Science Experiment

Observe how plants use water as a source of nutrition! Use dyed water to see that plants “suck up” water and absorb it for food. How can you tell? Think about how the celery looks different after sitting in the dyed water for a day. Put a second stalk of celery in a glass of plain water to sit overnight so you can compare!
