In 2010, 33 miners were trapped 2,300 feet underground for 69 days in a coal mine in Chile. All of them survived owing to many factors, including well-designed rescue equipment. Your challenge is to create a tool that will help rescue a person (a ping-pong ball) from a mining shaft (a paper tube).
