Come enjoy the partial solar eclipse at Girlstart’s viewing party! Get your own eclipse glasses and learn about the sun through hands-on STEM programming. Austin, TX: STEM Extravaganza at Free First Sunday

Celebrate Juneteenth with Girlstart in partnership with the Bullock Museum. From hands-on activities to interactive demos, this event is for kids of all ages and genders!

Participants will get to explore the STEM behind light and color by constructing a spinning top that creates secondary colors, using a Spectroscope to view lights frequency and wavelength, coding a tiny robot with color, and more!

Enjoy FREE exhibition admission all day during H-E-B Free First Sundays, held the first Sunday of every month. Families can explore the Story of Texas through three floors of exhibitions that showcase artifacts from around the state.
