Kelsy Kliesen

Kelsy is a passionate professional with a background in psychology and forensic science, having earned a degree from Baylor University. Currently, she lives in Austin, TX and works for a startup in the professional beauty industry, where the mission is to enhance the lives of hairstylists through innovation and support. Outside of work, Kelsy is an avid adventurer, enjoying hiking, camping, and outdoor activities – all while listening to the latest in true crime podcasts. Driven by a love for travel, Kelsy has set a personal goal to visit at least one new country every year, constantly seeking to broaden horizons and connect with different people and cultures. Raised by a school teacher, creating educational opportunities has always been a priority for Kelsy and she is excited to bring her diverse experiences and dedication to Girlstart’s mission.
