DALLAS, TX – Girls in STEM Conference
Girls in STEM is a one day conference for 4th-8th grade girls taking place at Lake Highlands High School. Throughout the day, girls attend hands-on workshops led by women in STEM fields. We are looking for volunteers to help make this day run smoothly. Volunteers assist with setting up, checking in girls, directing traffic, assisting in workshops, helping during lunch, hall monitoring, and more.

AUSTIN, TX – Summer Camp High School Volunteers
Girlstart is now accepting applications from high school sophomore, junior, and senior girls for our week-long summer camp volunteer positions Austin, TX. Summer camp volunteers assist behind the scenes to make our camps a success! They’ll help with everything from getting snacks ready, to prepping materials for lessons, assisting with activities, assisting with clean up, to chatting with girls at snack and lunch.
ALL REGIONS – Inspirational Notecards
Girlstart hopes to provide each of our participants with an inspirational note this year. Recipients of these notes are Girlstart participants in the 4th-8th grades all throughout the country. Volunteers are needed to write encouraging and positive messages, share their favorite inspiring quotes, write words of affirmation or mantras, or create a fun doodle.
