December 20, 2018 - December 21, 2018

Event Navigation

The Houston Zoo is a world-renowned conservation leader and works with organizations around the world to save wildlife. Sea turtles are found in every ocean in the world but plastic is also found there. Unfortunately, many sea turtle species mistake plastic and microplastic for their food. Find out just how hard it is to tell the difference between food and plastic in this STEM activity. But don’t worry – you can help sea turtles by using reusable bags and water bottles!
